1. ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your order details and tracking number once your order is dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMELINES • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kochi): 2–4 business days • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days • Remote or rural locations: 7–10 business days Timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or weather conditions.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES • Orders above 999: FREE standard delivery • Orders below 999: Shipping charges as applicable at checkout • Express delivery options may be available at additional cost
4. DELIVERY PARTNERS We ship via reputed courier partners including Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees and India Post, depending on your delivery location.
5. ORDER TRACKING Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or provide an alternate contact number.
7. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT If your order arrives damaged, please take an unboxing video and photograph as proof, and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@nucaremarketing.com or 0484 4017245.
