    Shipping and Delivery

    • Estimated delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination, selected shipping method, and factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs delays, etc.). Typically, deliveries within India can be expected within 7 -9 business days from the date of shipment.

    7. Delivery Address

    • It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. The Company will not be held responsible for undeliverable packages or delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the Customer.

    8. Delivery Attempts and Redelivery

    • In the event of a delivery attempt failure, the carrier will usually make multiple attempts to deliver the package. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the Customer may be required to contact the carrier directly to arrange redelivery or pickup.

    9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

    • In the rare event that a shipment is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, the Company will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please refer to our “Returns and Refunds” policy for further details.

    10. Force Majeure

    • The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures in shipping and delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.
