    Refund and Returns Policy

    The product should have been purchased directly from Nu Care Marketing India Pvt Ltd. or our authorized retailers in India.

    The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

    1. Returns Process:

     

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

     

    Contact our customer support team at ops@nucaremarketing.com or +91-95677 26869 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    Clearly pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

    Include the RA number on the outside of the package.

    Ship the product to the address provided when obtaining the RA number. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

    1. Refunds:

     

    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Please note the following:

     

    If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 days.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    If you received free shipping when you made your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

    1. Damaged or Defective Products:

     

    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and a replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate.
